General Conditions and Terms of Payment

  • Prices & Delivery EXW (incoterms 2000)
  • Minimum order amount: 950,- euro net.
  • All goods must be palletized; packing quantity as mentioned on price list needs to be respected. Customer will be notified when order is ready for shipment.
  • Goods will be shipped / ready for pick up within 5 working days after receiving full payment on the pro forma invoice.

 

Please note that our products are made of natural materials without any chemical finishing. When exposed to the elements of nature such as sunlight, colours can fade or even change completely. This is a natural irreversible process. Ay illuminate designs products that are meant for indoor use.

 

Ay illuminate sells business to business only. You can place an order by sending us an e-mail at info@ayilluminate.com or by filling out our contact form. Customers can contact us or one of our distributors for resellers in their region.
